For those who know our usual style of Rosé the 2016 is definitely ready to go. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and “made from the ground up”, the fruit is soaked for several hours on skins before being gently pressed and the resultant juice fermented to dryness. Bottling took place in the middle of September & we believe it is now ready for Spring & Summer drinking.
The front runner is bright red fruits - strawberry, red currant, cherry & boysenberry notes. It is extremely textural with mineral overtones and acid balance refreshing the finish.
