Bright red and blue fruits together with sweet spice notes are the introduction here. The supple texture is aided by time on lees, lending additional layers and finesse to the delicious, chalky mid palate. Soft, yet present acidity gives delineation, line and length through to the finish. Refreshing Summer drinking!
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. As usual the Cabernet portion is crushed to press, soaked for 8-10 hours and fermented in stainless steel and fermented to dryness.
